The Interview Process
At The Pour People, we believe in ensuring the best fit for our team through a unique approach called working interviews. During a working interview, the individual being considered for a position joins us to work at one of our events.
During this time, they actively participate in the event operations alongside our team members. This allows us to assess their skills, work ethic, and compatibility with our company culture in a real-world setting.
Importantly, individuals participating in a working interview are compensated for their time and contribution to the event.
Following the working interview, we evaluate the individual's performance and suitability for future opportunities within our company. Successful candidates may be considered for future events based on their performance during the working interview.
This process enables us to make informed decisions about potential team members while providing candidates with a firsthand experience of our work environment.
